The property-manager edition is LandlordOS with an owner layer added: owner statements, an owner portal, management fees and trust accounting.

PropPay will do rent collection and nothing else. If you need leases, maintenance or books too, LandlordOS is the one to pick.

Yes. LandlordOS for Property Managers is a per-door edition for firms that manage units for third-party owners. It adds owner records, management-fee accrual, monthly owner statements, an owner portal and, from PM Trust up, trust accounting with three-way reconciliation. It starts at a $79 monthly minimum.
Yes. HOAOS is built for self-managed homeowner and condo associations run by volunteer boards. It costs $50 a month for up to 50 units, $95 for up to 200 and $195 for up to 500 units, and every plan includes every feature.
No. PropPay is not launched. It is planned as rent collection only, for landlords with 1 to 20 units, and the founder list is open now. Pricing will be announced at launch.
Not today. LandlordOS, HOAOS and PraxiOS each have their own sign-in and their own pricing, though they're built on the same DomoDomu foundation. One DomoDomu account across products is on the roadmap.
