What PraxiOS does
PraxiOS covers four parts of running a practice: the client portal, work management, billing and security. Every part is on every plan.
Send a secure link that expires after 1 to 30 days. Clients see what's outstanding and upload from a phone or computer, and PraxiOS reads each file with OCR (optical character recognition) and links it to the checklist item it matches, for your team to confirm.
Move work from Not started to In progress, Waiting on client, Review and Complete, with an owner, priority and due date on each job. Recurring work such as monthly bookkeeping is created automatically from templates.
Build multi-line invoices, download them as PDFs and record payments you receive by check, ACH or card elsewhere. PraxiOS records payments; it does not process them.
Each firm's data is kept separate, billing and portal controls are limited to managers and admins, and portal links are stored hashed and expire on your schedule.

Not yet. PraxiOS has no timer or time-entry screen today. Each job carries a billing type and estimated hours, and hourly work is billed as hours times your rate on the invoice line you write.
No. PraxiOS doesn't process card or ACH payments or send payment links. Clients pay the way they do today, and your firm records each payment against the invoice in PraxiOS.
