PraxiOS costs $299 a month for up to 5 users (Starter), $699 a month for up to 15 users (Professional) and $1,499 a month for up to 50 users (Enterprise). Annual billing costs the same as 10 months: $2,990, $6,990 and $14,990 a year.

PraxiOS is priced per firm, by team size. Each plan covers a set number of users, and every plan includes unlimited clients, so adding clients never raises your bill.

No. Every PraxiOS plan includes every feature, including the client portal, document matching, work templates, recurring work, checklists, invoicing and billing reports. Higher plans add users and support.

Starter includes email support. Professional adds priority email support and a live onboarding session. Enterprise adds help importing your client list and a quarterly check-in call.

Yes. Every new PraxiOS firm gets a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan, with no card needed. Choose a plan in Firm Settings before it ends to keep going. You can book a demo first if you'd like a walkthrough.

Yes. Admins can upgrade from Firm Settings inside PraxiOS, and change plan or cancel through the billing portal. The Users page shows how many of your user seats are in use.

Advanced automation, custom workflow stages, a public API, SSO and Active Directory, custom integrations, advanced compliance controls, unlimited storage and on-premise deployment are on the roadmap and not available today.
