How it works

How does a job move
from quote to paid?

Every job follows the same path, and each step starts from the one before.

  1. STEP 01

    Quote

Build a quote from your price book, with optional add-ons or up to four options. The customer approves it from a link, signs it and can pay a deposit.

  2. STEP 02

    Schedule

The approved quote becomes a job. Put it on a tech's day, assign a crew, or spread it over several days.

  3. STEP 03

    Invoice and get paid

When the job is done, invoice it in a click. The customer pays online by card or bank, and reminders chase the ones who don't.

What it does

The whole job,
in one place.

Everything a shop runs on between the phone ringing and the money landing.

Quotes

Good, better, best

Two to four options or optional add-ons on one quote. The customer picks, signs on screen and pays a deposit if you ask for one.

Price book

Your prices, ready to use

Flat-rate items or cost plus markup, with starter price books for HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

Schedule

Day board, week view, map

See each tech's day, drag jobs around the week, and see the day's jobs on a map.

Dispatch

Crews, on-call and emergencies

Send a crew, run multi-day jobs, keep an on-call rota and alert the on-call tech when an emergency comes in.

Invoices

Invoice from the finished job

Sales tax by state or ZIP, payments by card, bank, cash or check, and automatic payment reminders.

Memberships

Maintenance plans that bill themselves

Recurring billing with included visits and a member discount, and repeating maintenance jobs on the schedule.

Customers

Every address, every unit

Several service addresses per customer, billing contacts, and the equipment history at each one.

Callbacks

Callbacks and warranty work

Link a callback to the original job and keep warranty visits off the invoice. Callback rates show per tech.

Reports

Know where the money is

Collections, invoiced work, quote conversion, unpaid invoices by age, job sources, memberships and per-tech stats.
