Field Service Quotes & invoices

Quotes customers approve,
invoices they pay.

Build a quote from your price book with good, better and best options or optional add-ons. The customer picks one, signs on screen and pays a deposit if you ask for one. When the job is done, invoice it in a click, and the customer pays online by card or bank. Unpaid invoices get reminders without you sending them.

Example Field Service quote with three options for an AC replacement: good at $6,400, better at $7,900 and best at $9,800, with the better option chosen and a 25% deposit.

01 / Quotes

How do quotes work in Field Service?

Add lines from your price book, priced flat-rate or at cost plus your markup. Offer two to four options side by side, or optional add-ons the customer can tick. Send it, and the customer opens it from a link, chooses, draws their signature and approves. If you ask for a deposit, approving creates the deposit invoice, and the approved quote becomes a job ready to schedule.

Let the customer choose between options instead of saying yes or no to one price.

Signed on screen

The customer approves from their phone and signs by drawing, with the signed quote kept on file.

02 / Invoices & payments

How do customers pay an invoice?

Invoice a finished job in a click and send it by email. The customer opens it from a link and pays by card or US bank account. Payments go into your shop's own Stripe account, which you set up inside Field Service, and are paid out to your bank. Record cash, check and other payments yourself.

If an invoice is still unpaid after its due date, Field Service emails the customer a reminder, on a schedule you choose. Reports list unpaid invoices by age, so you can see who to call.

03 / Memberships

Can I sell maintenance memberships?

Yes. Set up a membership plan, like a “Comfort Club”, with a monthly or yearly price and a discount on other work. It can include maintenance visits, which land on the schedule by themselves. Reports show how many members you have and what they bring in.
