The engagement letter is assembled from the services the client accepts, using a clause library with Circular 230 language and AICPA-style terms.
Signed, with a record
Several signers in order, consent to sign electronically, a tamper-evident audit trail and a signed PDF with a certificate page.
Tax consent, done right
Consent to use or disclose tax return information goes on its own page with its own signature, kept apart from the letter.
Billing on autopilot
The card or bank account is saved at signing. Invoices go out and are charged on schedule, with retries on failed payments and card-expiry reminders.

How much does Engage cost?+
Pricing isn't published yet. Like every DomoDomu product, it will be on the website before launch.
Do I need PraxiOS to use Engage?+
No. Engage is a standalone product. If your firm uses PraxiOS, Engage can hand each signed client to it and bill hourly work from its time entries.
Who holds the money my clients pay?+
Your firm does. Clients pay into your firm’s own payment account, and Engage never holds client funds.
Can I move from Ignition or Anchor?+
Yes. Engage imports clients and services from Ignition or Anchor CSV exports.
