PropPay or LandlordOS?
Which one to use.

DomoDomu makes both. Use PropPay if you only need rent collected: it's free for landlords, tenants pay by bank or credit card, and the tenant covers the fees. Use LandlordOS, from $10 a month, if you also want leases, maintenance, automatic late fees and Schedule E books in the same place as rent.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between PropPay and LandlordOS?+

PropPay only collects rent, and it's free for landlords: tenants pay a small fee by bank or credit card. LandlordOS is property management software from $10 a month that collects rent by bank transfer and also handles leases, maintenance, late fees and the books.

Can I switch from PropPay to LandlordOS later?+

Yes. They're separate products, so you can start LandlordOS's 14-day free trial at any time, add your tenants there, and remove them from PropPay once they've moved over.

Which is cheaper, PropPay or LandlordOS?+

PropPay costs the landlord nothing when tenants pay the fees, which is the default. LandlordOS costs $10 to $35 a month plus a per-payment fee the landlord pays, but tenants pay exactly the rent and you get leases, maintenance and books as well.
