Who should choose which

Choose HOAOS if

You run the association’s money and rules yourselves.

You keep the books, collect dues by unit, enforce rules and hold elections, and want them in one place instead of a website plus spreadsheets.

Choose HOA Express if

You mainly need a website and a way to reach owners.

Your manager or accountant keeps the books elsewhere, and the board wants a low-cost community site with announcements, texts and simple payments.
